Guarantees ...I work through contracts, terms and conditions and other formal agreements so to provide customers with assurances but I see the things listed below as more fundamentally important.1) Honesty From the smallest details you can be sure that I will be honest and up front with you every step of the way. 2) Trust Throughout and to the point where you can trust me to talk to your customers on your behalf when needed. If I do not know something I will tell you. 3) Transparency Knowledge is a power thing. When ever one person knows something that it is obviously easy for that person to use it to their advantage. I see this a lot in IT. I will never behave in that way. 4) Access This is provided through a separate, client only, phone number that is not public knowledge anywhere. 5) Clarity I deal with everything all the way down to advanced algorithm design but communicate with you very clearly in plain English. 6) Doing What is Right Working with your business and never in any way, shape or form, against you. 7) An Emphasis on Your Business By aiming to be the best rather than the biggest you can rest assured that your business will never be pushed aside in the pursuit of more clients. |
